Meet Ash, our Patient Concierge

Ashraf Choudhury joined Richmond Pharmacology in October as our patient concierge. Ash will be one of the first people you meet when you visit our clinical unit.

He will guide you through the research process, explaining the structure of the day from your COVID-19 test upon arrival to booking your taxi home. He is on hand to answer your questions during your appointment.

Before joining Richmond Pharmacology Ash worked in a pharmacy and understands the science of medicines and their administration. The patient concierge role appealed to him because he could continue to support patients and be involved with the development of innovative medicines which could change treatment of medical conditions in the future. We asked Ash why he enjoys working at Richmond Pharmacology, he said:

I enjoy working with the team. Everyone is friendly, kind and supportive. It is a warm place to work."

If you would like to learn more about other clinical research trials taking place at Richmond Pharmacology, you can ask Ash or a member of the Volunteer Recruitment team.
